Casa Bianca Restuarant, Merthyr Tydfil
Owen Associates provided quantity surveying services throughout the duration of this project with assistance in the successful grant application. The property has benefited from the support of the Urban Centre Property Enhancement Fund administered by Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, Enterprise Team. The restaurant is now open and the refurbishment and fit out is complete.
The grand opening date was Monday 21st November 2022.
It is located at 56-57 Glebeland Street and 119 High Street.
