Cochrane Building JCT Design and Build Project for Cardiff University, Alun Owen provided Quantity Surveyor services as project surveyor whilst working for his previous company. A  £10m scheme constructed by Vinci. The £10m design and building project provided teaching space and research facilities and associated external works on the University Hospital of Wales Campus.
