The Demolition of the existing DGM buildings and site enabling infrastructure works before completing the Aldi store. 

The demolition of the existing DGM buildings commenced 1st week of March 2023 and was complete 3rd of March to allow the site fill and vibro compaction to take place. 

The Aldi store was handed over 6th October 2023 and the Grand Opening was 12th October 2023.
