School Extension - Saint Brides Major Church in Wales Primary School

We are pleased to be able to share these photos taken this morning. One week prior to the handover of the school hall extension project at St Brides Major Primary School near Bridgend. Owen Associates provided quantity surveying services for the Vale of Glamorgan Council with a two stage tendering procurement. It has been a pleasure to work with the headmaster and the school governors who have been present at all procurement stages from value engineering at precontract to construction stage . It was heart warming  that the school governor made a moving speech this morning (the project taking many years to complete) thanking the design team and in particular Willis Construction who have delivered an excellent project with minimal disruption in a live and challenging environment.
