Oscar Davies - CC Abergavenny - Owen Associates - taking his second win in 48hrs. The first was on Tuesday down at Pembrey race circuit and last night in the South Wales mid week monument The Presidents Handicap - promoted by Port Talbot Wheelers. The juniors held off the chasing scratch group by circa half a minute. Oscar's group averaged 29.2mph.
