Old Hall Cowbridge

We are pleased to be able to share this photo of the work in progress on the Old Hall Cowbridge. A re roofing and masonry conservation project on this listed historic building. This photo was taken today (20.12.22) in the gardens of the Old Hall. The heart of historic Cowbridge. The opposing elevation of the building runs the High Street which was a principal route through South Wales, which lead to the foundation of the town on a ford of the River Thaw.
Owen Associates are providing quantity surveying services for the Vale of Glamorgan Council. The architects are in house and the contractor is Taliesin Conservation. Work started in August 2022 and the project is due for completion in the New Year.
