New Aldi Store Caldicot

Owen Associates are delighted to see the latest Cardiff Region Aldi project start on site this week. The site is located within the Caldicot town centre and comprises the alterations and conversion of a redundant Waitrose Store into a new Aldi retail store. The site is bounded by the pedestrianised shopping precinct, Newport Road and Woodstock Way. The proposed development will enhance the streetscape and high street with the relocation of the store entrance providing a more visible and welcoming entrance.
The Grand Opening is programmed for August 2021.
