International Language Monument

Owen Associates have been chosen as the Quantity Surveyor for the new International Language Monument. Work on the monument, which will be built in Grangemoor Park, commenced in early November.
The project had faced a backlash when it was proposed for a site in Clare Gardens in Riverside.
