Casa Bianca Merthyr reaches practical completion

We are really pleased to be able to share these photos of the Casa Biamca Restaurant, Merthyr Tydfil.
Owen Associates have been providing quantity surveying services throughout the duration of the project with assistance in the successful grant application. The property has benefited from the support of the Urban Centre Property Enhancement Fund administered by Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council, Enterprise Team.
The restaurant is currently in its final stages of refurbishment and fit out. The grand opening date is week commencing Monday 21st November 2022. It is located at 56-57 Glebeland Street and 119 High Street.
