It's great to be able to share these drone photos - a before and after snapshot - only 7 months separate these images.
The project comprised the demolition of the existing DGM buildings, major site enabling infrastructure works and the completion of the Aldi food store.
The demolition of the existing DGM buildings in the top photo commenced the 1st week of March 2023 and was completed by 3rd week of March 2023. This allowed the site fill and vibro compaction to take place and the store to commence.
The Aldi store was handed over on the 6th October 2023 and the Grand Opening was 12th October 2023.
