Aldi Fox Den Road Bristol Handover

We are proud to be able to share these photos of the Aldi Fox Den Road, Bristol project which was handed over this morning. The project comprised a new Aldi retail store fit out to a developer's shell.
The Grand Opening is this coming Thursday 13th June 2024.
The Project Team comprised; Arc Bauen Construction Managers, BMT Mechanical and Electrical Consultants, Craddys Structural Engineers, Kendall Kingscott Architects, Owen Associates Quantity Surveyors, K2 Refrigeration Consultants.
The project commenced on site at the beginning of March2024 with just 14 weeks to complete.
The procurement route was Construction Management.
