Aldi Exhibition Way, Exeter - replacement of existing store

We are pleased to see that work has commenced on the replacement of the existing Aldi Store at Exhibition Way, Exeter. Aldi have purchased the neighbouring building which contains a property at the end of it's lifecycle and together with the existing store demolition will make way for a new store. Wye Valley Demolition have been appointed contractor for the demolition works and have commenced the enabling works works prior to the demolition of both properties. The new store is schedule to be open Autumn 2021.
